Cancellations
At Ramai we're a boutique, busy salon who do our best to ensure our client's satisfaction.
You will receive a confirmation text 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Please advise us when you receive this reminder if you can not make your treatment.

Please note there is an extra $1 admin fee for follow-up messages should you not reply to your reminder text.

If you need to change or cancel an appointment we need as much notice as possible so that an opportunity may be created for another client. Changes or cancellations at any time during the 24 hours of the full calendar day before the day of the original appointment incur a 50% fee.
A change or cancellation at any time during the full calendar day of the original appointment or non-attendance incurs a 100% fee.
Of course, we know sometimes cancellations are unavoidable and unplanned things can happen - we're here to offer you an escape from many of life's stresses after all! We just ask that you notify us as soon as possible.
Delivery
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $15 for all orders under $150.
Orders over $150 are shipped free of charge.
You must be an existing Salon customer to purchase our OrganicSpa range of products.

You can select to pick up your order from the Salon during business hours, however, we ask you arrange a collection time in advance as we may be busy in treatments and need to ensure social distancing inside the salon.
Returns & Feedback
If, for any reason you are unhappy with your product, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving delivery.
